A. Information You Provide Directly
- Account Data: If you create an account, we collect your email address, name, password (encrypted) phone number, neurological info, athletic level, and age/gender (if provided for statistical comparison).

B. Sensitive Motor Mechanics Data (Wellness Data)
We collect data related to your interaction with the iPad screen, which we refer to as Motor Mechanics Data. You provide this data through active use of the App's exercises:
- Touch Data: Tap latency, finger speed, and accuracy
- Calculated Metrics: The resulting cognitive performance scores, , and comparative analysis generated by our mathematical algorithms.
- Device Context: Time stamps and sequence of touch events.
C. Usage and Technical Data
- Device Identifiers: Device model, operating system version, and unique device IDs.
- App Activity: Log files, crash reports, and technical diagnostics.
- Financial data, such as your financial account numbers or payment card information which may be collected directly by our service providers.
- Payment data needed to complete transactions, including payment card information or bank account number which may be collected directly by our service providers.
- Exercise and assessment performance data such as your usage, progress, and performance on the App’s training exercises and assessments.
- Other data not specifically listed here, which we will use as described in this Privacy Policy or as otherwise disclosed at the time of collection.

- App Functionality: To perform the core function of the App—calculating, tracking, and displaying your cognitive performance scores based on the Motor Mechanics Data.

- Data aggregation, de-identification and/or anonymization. As part of these activities, we may create aggregated, de-identified and/or anonymized data from personal information we collect. We make personal information into de-identified or anonymized data by removing information that makes the data personally identifiable to you. We may use this aggregated, de-identified and/or anonymized data and share it with third parties for our lawful business purposes, including to analyze and improve the Apps and promote our business and will not attempt to reidentify any such data.

- Social Media Features
Our websites may use social media features, such as the Facebook “like” button, the “Tweet” button, and other sharing widgets (“Social Media Features”). You may be given the option by such Social Media Features to post information about your activities on a website to a profile page of yours that is provided by a third-party social media network in order to share with others within your network. Social Media Features are either hosted by the respective social media network or hosted directly on our website. To the extent the Social Media Features are hosted by the respective social media networks, the latter may receive information that you have visited our website from your IP address. If you are logged into your social media account, it is possible that the respective social media network can link your visit of our websites with your social media profile. MoveForLife also allows you to log in to certain of our websites using sign-in services such as Facebook Connect. These services will authenticate your identity and provide you the option to share certain Personal Data with us such as your name and email address to pre-populate our sign-up form. Your interactions with Social Media Features are governed by the privacy policies of the companies providing the relevant Social Media Features.

The Apps are not intended for use by anyone under 13 years of age.
