CRITICAL DISCLAIMER: The NERON App is a general wellness, educational, and cognitive tracking tool designed solely to provide information on motor skills, response times, and general wellness.
- No Medical Advice: The App and its content (including any scores, analyses, reports, or feedback) are not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. - No Medical Device: The App is not a medical device, is not intended for use in the diagnosis of disease or other conditions, or in the cure, mitigation, treatment, or prevention of disease.
- Reliance on Information: You acknowledge that any reliance upon any advice, statements, or information provided by the App shall be at your sole risk.
2. User Accounts
- Account Responsibility: When you create an account with us, you guarantee that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Inaccurate, incomplete, or obsolete information may result in the immediate termination of your account.
- Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, including but not limited to the restriction of access to your device and account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.
- Notification: You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
3. Subscriptions and Payments (If Applicable)
- Billing: If the App is offered on a subscription basis, you will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). The Billing Cycle will be set up either monthly or annually.
- Changes: We reserve the right to change our subscription plans or adjust pricing at any time. Any changes will take effect following notice to you.
- Refunds: Except when required by law, paid subscription fees are non-refundable.
4. Intellectual Property
The App and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Move For Life AI Inc and its licensors. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both Canada and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Move For Life AI Inc.

The App may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Move For Life AI Inc. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party websites or services that you visit.
6. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and deny access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms. If you wish to terminate your account, you may discontinue using the App and follow the deletion process outlined in our Privacy Policy.
7. No Warranties
This website, the Application, and the Tools are provided “AS IS”, without any representations or warranties, express or implied. Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing paragraph, MoveForLife does not warrant that: This website or any Application contained therewith will be constantly available, or available at all; or The information on this website is complete, true, accurate or non-misleading.
8. Refund Policy
Thank you for purchasing MoveForLife products. We offer a full money-back guarantee on plans purchased through m4l.ai. If you are not satisfied with the product, you are eligible for a full reimbursement within 30 days of purchase.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Quebec, Canada. MoveForLife controls this website from its offices in Canada, and makes no representation that the materials or services on this website are appropriate or available for use outside Canada.
12. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Move For Life AI Inc, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the App; (iii) any content obtained from the App; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our App after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
